Rock 'n' Roll Glam Same-Sex Wedding Inspiration

You don't have to choose between punk rock edge and a bit of sparkle. This gorgeous wedding look was inspired by rockers who push limits with their style, like classic rock idols David Bowie and Billy Idol or modern rock n rollers like Panic! at the Disco's Brendon Urie.

These two grooms channel their inner rockstars with fashion-forward outfits and unique hairstyles. A black, red, and silver palette keeps the look edgy yet chic. I love how the concept of hard and soft plays out in a mix of textures like leather and plush velvet, studs and sequins. Lyrics on the invitations and signage keep the focus on the musical inspiration.

The invitation suite, created by Marianne Hudz, featured a real 45 record as the invitation.

The grooms' bold boutonnieres were created by the incredible Marisa of Vavé Studios.

Vertigo event venue in Glendale, California provided the ideal backdrop with a brick exterior and a chic and sleek event space.

Caylee Gutting created this groom's amazing next-level mohawk with braided sides.

This gorgeous three-tiered cake brings a rocker edge with black tiers, while ornate silver trim and a center tier covered in red rosettes add the glam.

Alex swapped his red blazer for a more casual reception look: a sequined black moto jacket.
